We have tough selection criteria when choosing manufacturers, which helps us to ensure our sofas are of high quality. We offer customers sofas that are durable, long-lasting, and great value for money.
We work with manufacturers who only produce upholstery and sofas; therefore, inconsistencies and faults are uncommon.
We only work with factories where quality standards are process-driven and maintainable. As we have confidence in the quality of our products and in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer, we include a 6 month warranty, free-of-charge with your new furniture.
When you, the consumer submits a complaint about a faulty sofa, a refund or free repair will be issued within 30 days from the date of the examination.
This time may be extended if the buyer agrees by fax, email, or otherwise in writing.
If the defect is, according to the seller’s assessment removable, a repair will be made. If more extensive repairs are needed, the item will be taken to the manufacturer’s factory for repair.
A representative of the manufacturer will decide what repairs need to be carried out.
If the buyer refuses to have a product (or part thereof) sent to the factory for repair, the item will be considered resigned from the warranty.
Buyers are automatically removed from the warranty if the manufacturer is twice, unable to view the item after a visit is arranged if this is the fault of the Buyer.
If the sofa has to be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, we will return the sofa to the buyer or replace it within a maximum of 60 working days. The manufacturer has no obligation to provide the Buyer with a replacement product for the duration of the repair in the factory.
THE GUARANTEE DOESN OT COVER

We are unable to replace or repair furniture that has been damaged by water or other liquid spillages. Nor, if any cleaning liquids or maintenance procedures have caused damage to the upholstery and its protective surface, fabric or eco-leather.
If you’ve bought a eco leather sofa, its recommended by the manufacturer that you apply a cleaning solution four times a year, to help maintain the condition of the sofa. Failure to do so many result in changes in the colour and texture of the leather. If these changes happen, they will not be covered by the guarantee.
