Cancellation & Refunds

You have an unconditional right to cancel an order up to 14 days after the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your furniture by notifying us, via email to deronafurniture@gmail.com or via messenger before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.

We aim to arrange collection during normal business hours. You will be contacted by our team 2-3 days in advance and informed about collection date and time. A collection charge of £70 will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items, repackaging and recycling.

Delivery charge cannot be refunded.

This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned. It’s your responsibility to refrain of using the goods within the cancellation – collection period as well as to make goods available for collection.

If the furniture aimed to be collected from you under the Return Policy is not in satisfactory condition, dirty or showing visible signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse collection. It’s your responsibility to keep the original packaging.

DELIVERY CANCELLATION 

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY ONCE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE SECOND DELIVERY DATE GIVEN BY US, STORAGE CHARGES MAY APPLY. THESE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE.

RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS  

If, after your sofa has been delivered and assembled, you find a fault, we reserve the right to request that the following steps are complied with.

You should first provide written notice and pictures of the defect to DERONA FURNITURE AND LIVING LTD

Please also provide us with your order reference number within seven days of discovering the defect. You will then be contacted to either arrange a house visit to inspect the goods, or we will arrange for the item to be collected from you and returned at our expense for an examination to take place. Once we have confirmed that there’s a fault, and the item does not conform to the contract, we shall either repair or replace the item, or the defective part.

DERONA FURNITURE AND LIVING LTD  shall not be liable for the sofa if you continue to use it after giving us notice that there’s a fault. Please do not alter or repair the item without first obtaining written consent from us.

If you notice a fault, please contact one of our helpful and friendly customer service team to resolve your problem.

We will be happy to solve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible with the minimum disruption possible.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification/collection, via the same method that was initially used for the transaction.
